*For most businesses, 95% of your membership dues may be tax deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. In compliance with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, 5% of your membership dues are not deductible as a business expense, because of allocation to lobbying expenditures.
